Welcome to Ducks Landing
Located in the Lakeside Community of Port Rowan, the Ducks Landing Subdivision features custom built homes with an opportunity for the buyer to provide input on design and to select the finishes. When complete, the subdivision will contain about 120 homes, with about half currently constructed. Building operations are small scale with about 5 to 7 homes completed annually. This allows for a strong relationship to develop between the builder and the client.
The Neighbourhood
The Ducks Landing subdivision is located Southwest of Port Rowan on 26 acres of land bounded on the North by Front Street – Road 42, on the South by the shore of Long Point Bay (Lake Erie), on the East by a ravine, watercourse and woodlot.
